About the Practitioner

Amanda has had 15 years of experience, in a professional capacity, with the more widely accepted holistic and complementary wellness options, but noticed there was a need for something more. In her personal pursuit of health, she experienced profound healing through energy work. And so she became certified as a Kundalini yoga instructor (Kundalini Warrior™ through YFI), [Usui] reiki master (Natural Healer™), meditation guide, and breathwork facilitator (LokaYoga). She found the pinnacle to be energy work through becoming an Emotion code®, Body code™, and Belief code® certified practitioner. Amanda finds value in all holistic and natural healing remedies and continues to expand her knowledge to advance the well-being of anyone she has the honor of working with. 

About Energy Work

Energy healing has been used across many cultures throughout history. The energy of the body has many names: prana, qi, ashe, mana, pneuma, ka, ki. There have been various systems, and different ways to move the energy. But the idea that there is an energy that flows in and around the living body has been widespread through time and place. This is the premise that this energy work rests upon. This type of service has been applied through the centuries as a way for people to remove barriers to the body's intrinsic healing abilities. I believe this consistency of the biofield ideology is significant. After the addition of personal experience, I consider it an integral part of holistic wellness. Remote work- On the same note, there is thought to be a web of connections between all things, linking beings together with invisible threads of energy. This network instantaneously transmits information over any distance, seeming to be close in concept to the phenomenon of quantum entanglement. Maybe the greatest key to this in energy work is Intention. Like tuning in to a specific but invisible radio frequency, intention is the dial that helps the practitioner to hone in on the specific energy of someone far away, so then they can move the energy as if they were near.
