the body is intelligent. We believe that it innately knows exactly what it needs to be whole and balanced and functioning at it's best. To access that insight, we just need to know how to ask. This is where muscle testing comes in. Also known from it's roots as Applied Kinesiology, it serves as biofeedback-a method to communicate with the body's nervous system and energy field. Because everything has a distinctive energy signature or frequency- every object, every sound, every thought and intention - and everything is interconnected through the quantum field, there exists a remote version of muscle testing that allows assessment for specific imbalances or needs from afar. Similarly, the energy practices employed can be effectively applied over any distance.
